You can regenerate using 'Try Another Design,' swap photos, change style, or add descriptions on the creation page. What you see in the preview is what you'll get — don't order if you're not satisfied.

Previews are reference images. The physical product may have slight color variations or finish differences (we note these on the config page). Obvious defects get free reprints or refunds per our return policy.

Yes. After checkout, our team builds the 3D model in about 1 day — you can rotate and view it in your order details. We use the same model for production.

No. Your photos and generated character are private by default, used only for generation and production. Only if you choose to publish to our Inspiration Gallery will others see your work. See our Privacy Policy.

Custom items enter production quickly after payment, so changes aren't possible once production starts. Contact support immediately if you need to update shipping address or other details.
