• Account info: email (or third-party ID), username, avatar
• Your content: photos, descriptions, generated characters
• Order data: shipping address, contact info, payment records (cards processed by Stripe)
• Device & logs: data for security and product improvement

• Generate your character and preview, complete production and shipping
• Send order status notifications (manageable in settings)
• Improve generation quality and service

We don't publicly display your photos (unless you publish them) or sell data to third parties.

• Production partners: receive only files and specs needed, not account data
• Payment processors (WeChat, Stripe): transaction info only
• Shipping carriers: address and contact info

• Data is encrypted. Uploaded images are deleted per retention policy after fulfillment (details TBD)
• You can delete characters anytime or make published work private
• Delete your account in Settings. Account data is removed; in-progress orders still complete

We use essential cookies for login and cart, plus anonymized analytics to improve the product. No cross-site ad tracking.
