Terms of Service

AnyMade provides custom product creation based on images or descriptions you upload (button badges, fridge magnets, acrylic charms, mugs, puzzles, figurines, etc.). Your generated character belongs to you per Section 3.

• Guests can browse and generate a free preview once; creating, saving, or ordering requires an account
• You're responsible for account activity; report unauthorized use immediately
• You can delete your account anytime. Deletion removes your characters, points, and benefits (in-progress orders still ship)

• You must own the rights to all images you upload (self-photographed, self-drawn, or licensed)
• Don't create items that infringe copyright, likeness, or public order (weapons, etc.). We can refuse production
• Your generated character is for personal use and production only. It's private by default; you can publish to our gallery for others to order variants
• If we receive a valid copyright claim, we cancel your order (full refund) and remove your character

• We accept WeChat Pay and Visa/Mastercard (via Stripe)
• Prices shown at checkout are final, including any taxes
• Custom items enter production quickly. Once production starts, <b>no cancellations</b>.

• Points are a virtual benefit, not currency. Non-transferable, non-refundable
• Earning and spending rules (signup, referral, orders, reviews) are published on the app; purchased points are for generation only
• Fraudulent point activity forfeits points; rules updates don't affect earned points

• AI generation is probabilistic; previews are references only. Minor color and finish variations are normal (we note them in config). Obvious defects are covered by our return policy
• We're not liable for delays caused by force majeure or third-party service failures (payment, shipping, cloud)
• Our liability per order is capped at the order's paid amount (jurisdiction-specific limits apply)

• We may update features. Material changes to paid benefits come with advance notice and compensation options
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Major term updates are announced in-app or via email. Continued use means acceptance

Disputes are first resolved through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes follow the laws of our operating entity's jurisdiction (details TBD per market).
