Orders are produced, then shipped. 2D items arrive in ~7 days, figurines in ~12 days. Worldwide delivery, no region restrictions.

Timeline estimates are placeholders and will be calibrated against real fulfillment data before launch.

03How to Track Progress

Your order details page shows the full timeline: Paid → 3D Modeling → In Production → Shipped → Delivered. You'll get notifications at each step, and can track your shipment once it's dispatched.

04Global Shipping

We ship worldwide without regional restrictions. Products ship from our production facility. The carrier handles any customs. Some countries may assess import fees — your checkout page will note this.
